Grace is TOP CLASS! I wish there were more stars here to give! 110% would recommend! I have been having 1:1 sessions with Grace for a couple of months now and I can see and feel the benefits already. I feel happier, more positive and my confidence has increased massively. Not only is exercise and training a way of movement for my body, I enjoy the positive empowerment and mental strength that it gives me. This is what really matters to me. I also enjoy Grace's fun-fitness class once a week and her social run club at the weekend. Grace, you are a star and I admire what you do!

Cheltenham – In a cosy home studio for a more personal, relaxed training experience. Worcester – Every Monday, I run parent and child (ages 10+) training sessions above Auntie Em’s Tea Room. A great way for families to stay active together. ✨ Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, increase fitness, or simply enjoy exercising in a supportive environment, I’ll create a programme that works for you.

For busy parents, beginners, or anyone (aged 10+) ready to feel fitter. Sessions include 1:1 personal training, family-friendly sessions (on-site play village – your child (under 5's) plays safely while you train) and small group circuit classes (maximum 4 people).

Family-friendly circuit training, for adults and children (aged 10+). Get fit, have fun, and bond together! Every Tuesday from 6.30pm – 7.15pm at Christ Church, Malvern Road, Cheltenham.

Sunday Social 5K Run Club. A friendly 5km for all abilities — no pressure, just good vibes. 📍 Cobo Coffee, Hatherley Park, Bournside Close, Cheltenham 🕘 Meet 9:00am 🏃 Start 9:15am Afterwards, we stick around at Cobo Coffee for a post-run drink. Kids and dogs (on leads) are very welcome! 🐾👟 Come join the community.
