I offer tailored 1-to-1 and small group training sessions designed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in your fitness journey. 📍 Where I Train Clients: Cheltenham – At Gym 117, a bespoke private gym on the Promenade (117 Promenade). Cheltenham – In a cosy home studio for a more personal, relaxed training experience. Worcester – Every Monday, I run parent and child (ages 10+) training sessions above Auntie Em’s Tea Room. A great way for families to stay active together. ✨ Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, increase fitness, or simply enjoy exercising in a supportive environment, I’ll create a programme that works for you.
